Assignment 4

During the museum visit I saw some errors. Let me show you.

This picture makes me suprised. Because you can see in 1983 a bread price is 40 tl even 430 gr but now in 2010 one brad is 1tl and 300 gr. Or when you look at the egg prices in 1983 one egg is 14,92 tl in 2010 one egg is 23 kr. It is makes me confused. Which time is correct. Or when are we riccher? This is the error I see.

The other error is:

I we look at the cities electricity powers Istanbul's 5400, New York 8.600, London 4.100, Tokyo 5.200 but when we look at the Paris it is less than the others. And I am sure that it is wrong because Paris is near Istanbul and this city also shining 7/24

This is the photo which I liked. Because we can see all the Housing Stock, Shopping Malls and Public Hospitals adequacies.

Firstly I can say that I just entered my university life 1 month later. Because I couldn't pass the prep exam. 1 month later they make another BILET exam than I found myself in freshman. So I can't be able to to many things. I had many missing works. But my friends and Engin hoca helped me so much. I would like to say CMN167 is an enjoyable lesson. We did many homeworks and many researches. I learned mathematical thinking, so me and math are not a good friends but CMN167 made peace. We had a homework about creating a math problem which consist a mathematical estimation. This question make us brain storm and using the creativity.

Another thing that CMN167 has added to me is using the blog. I have never have a blog before. Right now I have a blog and when I see in the web page that includes our weekly homeworks it's not makes me irritate. I am doing my homework with my all happiness :)

We did researches about internet. Savas hoca is a genius by the way:) He asked us very interesting questions. Sometimes we answered sometimes we just looked at his face insensitvely. We learned Internet is what a great thing and how to works it. This was the interesting things also.

This Semester we hadn't visas so I think it is very lucky thing and we just focused on our homeworks. I wish we haven't have exams to enjoy in anytime. But next semester we will learn another things about mathematic. It is not my choice unfortunatelly. I will mis you CMN 167 :)

Term Project - Week 5

1- If the blond women increases in the society, societies intelligent rate will decrease.

This is not true because we know every women in the world can go to the hairdresser and dyed their hairs. There are many professors politicans etc. And they are very intellingent people. We can't judge the people for their chocie. Appearance is not everything.

2- Increases car poulation causes increasing the accidents.

Increases the accident is not about the increasing the car population. It is about people's carelessness. For example in Istanbul has 2.5 billion vehicle and it increases day by day but they don't make accident about the crowded. Drunk driving, using cell phones, don't obey the traffic rules etc. makes increase the acccidents.

"How many mascaras can fit in a vanity case? "

Let's say this vainty case is this:

This cute hello kitty vaint case size is 10 x 13.2 x 3 cm. So if we multiply the result is 396 cm3. If you can see there are two part of the vainty case.

Well I couldn't find a mascaras size so i measure my mascara. And this is about 13cm3 x 4cm3 + 2cm2 =64cm3

When we divided 369/64= 6.18 is the answer. We can't cut the mascara so we say the answer 6.

6 multiply by 2 is 12

The answer is 12. We can fit 12 mascaras in this lovely vainty case.

They didn't explain which producing materials and committee used to. So there are mistake this information. And also there are a arithmetic false. 150 million dollar multiply by 10 it doesn't equall by 1 billion 450 dollar.

This is a video that lions are singing. Tittle is "görünce sok olcaksınız" when we're looking and we're curious about it but when we open the video we recognize that it's a quite silly video. We expect more "normal" or animal behavioral things.
